Read net and gross as separate fields
Net weight describes the product as specified, while gross weight is the figure to ask about when planning the carton handoff. The Luna listing gives 47 kg net and 52 kg gross. Ana lists 36 kg net and 41 kg gross. Keep both values rather than using one as a substitute.
Match the numbers to the configuration
Ask which parts and equipment are included in each number. A quoted weight can refer to a particular body and head combination. If the options change or an accessory is shipped in a separate box, check for an updated packed figure and a separate carton count.
Check the packing dimensions as well
The ability to turn a box in a stairwell depends on its dimensions and the available space. Record its length, width and height alongside the gross weight. Compare those numbers against the narrowest opening on the planned route and allow room for the people handling it.
Keep a working note after delivery
Save the assembled weight and any support instructions for later moves. If you retain the carton for storage or transport, note its separate dimensions too. You will have the figures on hand when moving between rooms or arranging collection.
