Record the carton as it arrives
Keep the tracking and order details available. Inspect the package before unpacking and photograph any visible damage or signs it has opened. If you received more than one box, record which label belongs to each so later questions can be directed to the right shipment.
Open in a prepared area
Set aside space for the packaging, product and any separate accessories. Use the unpacking and handling instructions for the exact model. Take time to identify the parts and support points before attempting to move or assemble a large item. Keep the protective inserts while you check the contents.
Compare with the order sheet
Check the model, head, body and finish against the final written configuration. Compare supplied accessories with the package list. Photograph a mismatch clearly in suitable lighting and note which part or option differs. A concise description makes it easier for the seller to advise on next steps.
Keep the documentation together
Save the order confirmation, delivery photos, care instructions and any serial or revision information. If a part is missing or damaged, contact the seller with those details and ask how to proceed. Follow its instructions before modifying or attempting to repair the item.
